Activity Rollup Pro — CRM-Strategy — Last updated: July 17, 2026
Activity Rollup Pro is published by Timothy Willis Barczak, operating as CRM-Strategy ("CRM-Strategy," "we," "us"). This policy explains what data the Software interacts with and what we do — and do not — do with it.
Activity Rollup Pro runs entirely within your own Microsoft Dataverse environment. It reads activity records (tasks, appointments, phone calls, emails) that already exist in your environment and writes count values to fields on your own Account and Contact records, using Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows that operate under your organization's own Dataverse connection.
CRM-Strategy does not access, collect, store, transmit, or have visibility into your business data, customer records, activity content, or any other information in your Dataverse environment. All processing happens inside your own Microsoft cloud tenant, under your own security and compliance boundary. We do not operate any external server that your data passes through.
If you contact us directly for support (for example, by email), we receive whatever information you choose to include in that communication — such as your name, email address, and details of your question. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and do not sell or share it with third parties.
If you acquire Activity Rollup Pro through Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft may collect certain installation and usage information as part of its own Marketplace operations, governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement. This is separate from and outside CRM-Strategy's control.
Because we do not collect or store your Dataverse data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our end related to your use of the Software. Any support correspondence you send us is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your inquiry.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
